From the South:
Follow Interstate 95 North through New Hampshire towards "All points in Maine”. Go over the large Piscataqua Bridge leaving N.H. and take Exit #7, "The Yorks" in Maine. (Last exit before tollbooth for the Maine Turnpike).
From the North:
Take Interstate 95 South. After passing through the last tollbooth on The Maine Turnpike (just south of Wells and Ogunquit) take the first exit, #7 "The Yorks".
From Both North and South:
From exit #7, follow the spur road to the stop light. Take a right going south on route 1. Travel 3 tenths of a mile, take a left at the light onto York Street (route 1a). Travel 1.3 miles to Lilac Lane (route 103). Follow Lilac Lane for 9 tenths of a mile (crossing the York River). Go right onto Seabury Road. Morning Glory Inn is 3 tenths of a mile on your right. Look for the sign and two pillars at the entrance.
Please be aware that the old wooden Sewall's Bridge (Organug Road) is being replaced and will not be available until fall of 2013.

From Portland: 45 minutes
From Kennebunkport: 30 minutes
From Portsmouth, NH: 15 minutes
Airports to Consider:
Manchester, New Hampshire and Portland, Maine are easy to navigate due to their smaller size and location. Bostons Logan is more of a challenge (big and busy) but may provide you with the best valued flights.
